"Music Extravaganza!" features cornet soloist James Fountain, The Salvation Army Divisional Youth Chorus (OCE) under the leadership of Cathie Koehnen, and The Salvation Army Mississauga Temple Band, conducted by Bandmaster Derrick Fishwick.

James Fountain is the Principal Cornet for both the Virtuosi GUS Band and the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain. He has played cornet since the age of 3, first joining the YP Band of The Salvation Army Kettering Corps, and later becoming a member of the Northamptonshire County Band and The Salvation Army's Territorial Youth Band. At the age of 13 he was appointed Principal Cornet of both these groups.

At 14 he joined the Virtuosi GUS Band (one of England's premier brass bands) and the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain. In the summer of 2008 he was appointed as Principal Cornet for both of these groups, a position he still holds.

Tickets for the concert can be obtained through Mississauga Temple Band personnel or by phoning 905-279-7525. Adults: $10.00, Seniors and Children (ages 5-13): $5.00.

The concert is being held at The Salvation Army Mississauga Temple, 3173 Cawthra Road, Mississauga Ontario Canada, Saturday April 9th, 7 p.m.
